In the dynamic landscape of network communication, the need for high-performance, compact, and highly reliable printed circuit boards (PCBs) is ever-growing. Our Any-layer HDI Network Communication PCBs, with 12 layers and a 6-step layer stack-up configuration, are specifically engineered to meet these demanding requirements.
The 6-step layer stack-up provides a well-optimized structure for efficient signal routing and power distribution. With a board thickness of 0.8mm and a thickness ratio of 1.47:1, the PCBs offer excellent mechanical stability, ensuring they can withstand the rigors of various operating environments while maintaining consistent electrical performance.
One of the most significant advantages of our PCBs is the any-layer interconnection feature. This is achieved through the precise use of blind vias with a minimum aperture of 0.1mm and through-holes with a minimum aperture of 0.5mm. Blind vias enable direct connections between any two layers, eliminating the limitations of traditional via placement and allowing for more compact and high-density circuit designs. This is crucial for network communication devices where space is at a premium and signal integrity is paramount.
Our PCBs also feature ultra-fine trace widths and spacings of 40/50μm. This high level of precision allows for a greater number of components to be integrated into a smaller area, supporting the complex functionalities required in modern networking systems.
To ensure long-term reliability and excellent solderability, we employ a dual surface treatment of Immersion Gold (ENIG) and OSP (Organic Solderability Preservative). ENIG provides a durable, corrosion-resistant layer that enhances electrical conductivity and solder joint strength, while OSP offers additional protection against oxidation during storage and handling.
