🔧 Detailed Technical Description

1. Thermal & Power Management

  • Liquid-Cooled Microchannel Design: Integrates 304 stainless steel microchannel cold plates (0.5mm channel width, 0.3mm fin pitch) with electroless nickel immersion gold (ENIG) surface treatment (2–5μm thickness, corrosion resistance per ASTM B733). Coolant flow rate up to 15L/min (ΔT <5°C across PCB) with <0.5MPa pressure drop (CFD-optimized manifold design).
  • High-Current Power Distribution: 12-layer HDI stack-up (2oz copper on power layers) with 1000A-rated busbars (0.2mm thick, 99.9% purity copper) and polyimide stiffeners (Tg=260°C). Impedance-controlled 50Ω differential pairs (±8% tolerance) for PCIe 5.0 (32GT/s) and 100Ω single-ended traces (USB4 signaling).
